Can I still reference my Jaxsta profile or credits elsewhere?
After December 17th, public Jaxsta links will no longer work. We suggest removing or updating any Jaxsta links you’ve shared on websites or social media.
How will I know when my refund has been processed?
You’ll receive a refund receipt when refunds are processed on December 17th. Please note that it can take between 5-10 days for the money to be back in your account. Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Are any other Vinyl Group products affected?
No. Other Vinyl Group products — including Vampr, Vinyl.com, Serenade, and Vinyl Media — remain fully operational and continue to grow.
Is this permanent?
For now, Jaxsta is being placed into hibernation. Parent company Vinyl Group will preserve Jaxsta’s technology with the goal of exploring commercial opportunities to restart this work in the future if conditions allow.
Will my data remain secure?
Yes. All Jaxsta user data will continue to be stored and managed in line with our Privacy Policy, even after shutdown. We are not transferring or selling user data to any third party.
Can I download or save my data before Jaxsta closes down?
At this time, personal data exports are not being offered. However, you can use the platform before December 17th to generate repertoire reports. This will allow you to export a current snapshot of a profile’s recordings and works.
