How do I cancel my Jaxsta Creator membership?
When signed in to Jaxsta, click on your initials (top right hand corner) and then go to ‘Account Settings’.
To downgrade to Jaxsta Free, click on "Change Your Plan" on the left side of the page, then simply choose Jaxsta Free - this downgrade will come into affect at the end of your billing period.
To cancel your account "Cancel Account" on the left side of the page, then complete the form. Cancellation will come into affect at the end of your billing period at that point your login details disabled.
